2. Selection of a New Provider: Choose a new provider who is enrolled with the OWCP and is willing to provide the necessary home health care services.

4. Approval from OWCP: Submit a request for a change of provider to the OWCP for approval. This may involve filling out specific forms or providing additional information as required by the OWCP.
5. Coordination with the New Provider: Once approved, coordinate with the new provider to ensure a smooth transition and continuation of care.
6. Billing and Authorization: Ensure that the new provider understands the billing and authorization process for FECA to avoid any interruption in services.
